The spacious sitting room has an open fire in a stone surround, wooden floors with rugs and comfortable sofas.
There is ample seating for everyone, this is a wonderful room for a large group to party or relax.
There is a colour TV, DVD, full Sky package, video and an iPod docking station. There is also a selection of books, videos, games for adults and children.
French doors lead out into the garden.
