- One New Loo roll per bathroom
- 2 Cots on request in Dove House, (no bedding provided) and 2 High Chairs
- 1 cot on request in Swallows, (no bedding provided) and 1 high chair
- Stair gate at the top of the stairs in Dove House
- Both properties have hair dryers, iron and ironing board
